Helene C. Weathers and Rosemarie A. Mullen bring almost 40 years of combined experience to Delco Bookkeepers. Helene has an extensive professional background that includes bookkeeping services for small, medium, and large-sized businesses. She is also proficient in sole proprietorship, partnership and individual income tax preparation and filings and has had her own full charge bookkeeping business for the past 26 years. Ro has over 12 years of experience in maintaining bookkeeping and payroll systems for small and medium-sized businesses. She also has an extensive professional background in the Telecommunications industry and corporate training and development. Each partner is trained and proficient in Excel and QuickBooks Pro and qualified to provide support for all types of businesses including overseeing annual audits for non-profit organizations. Each partner is committed to remaining current with the many changes in the tax law and procedures by participating in workshops, seminars and professional associations.

Helene and Ro also pride themselves in the amount of time they spend giving back to the community. They have held several Executive Leadership positions on the Board of Directors of various non-profit organizations including Country Day School of the Sacred Heart, St. Joseph’s Preparatory High School, Lima Fire Company, Media Little League, Middletown Township Library and the Middletown Township Business and Professional Organization. These responsibilities require strong project management and communication skills as well as an understanding of the financial well-being of the organizations.
